How It Works

SSM™ maps Cognitive preferences—sensing, feeling, thinking, intuition—across Temporal preferences: past reflections, present awareness, and future anticipations. These combine into cognitive-affective units, which, aggregated across multiple situations, define each individual's ranked profile of 12 character strengths.

Each profile is mapped to the widely recognised occupational framework O*NET, enabling data-informed decisions on individual and team role fit, task allocation, and development planning.
