Online SSM™ Assessments and Workshops

1. Booking and Access

  • An assessment is confirmed once the client has completed the booking process and payment has been received.
  • Upon confirmation, the client will receive secure access to the online assessment.
  • The provider reserves the right to decline bookings or revoke access in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as stated in the invoice or on the provider's website.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Access to the assessment will only be granted once full payment has been received.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspended or revoked access.

3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

  • Due to the digital nature of the assessment, refunds are only available if access has not yet been provided.
  • Once the assessment has been accessed, no refund or partial refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling or re-issuing access may be allowed at the provider's discretion.

4. Use of Assessment Results

  • The assessment and resulting reports are provided for the individual or organisation's internal, non-commercial use.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share the assessment content or results without prior written consent.
  • All assessment content, scoring methods, algorithms, and report materials remain the intellectual property of the provider.
  • Results are indicative of personal tendencies and strengths and are not a substitute for professional psychological, clinical, or medical advice.

5. Privacy, Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • All collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and report access.

6. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use, interpretation, or application of assessment results.
  • If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount paid for the assessment.
  • Participation is voluntary, and clients accept responsibility for how they use the results.

7. Technical Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device, browser, and internet connection to complete the assessment.
  • The provider is not responsible for technical issues outside its control.

8. Updates to These Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the assessment constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
