- We collect participant names, emails, company details, and survey responses directly from participants for assessment and workshop administration purposes.
- Data is collected directly from participants when they complete the assessment or register for workshops.
2. Use of Information
Personal information is used solely for:
- Calculating personal assessments
- Producing anonymous (de-identified) team reports
- Research, benchmarking, and tool validation using de-identified data
- Organising and delivering workshops
- Sending assessment or workshop-related communications
- Administrative and accounting purposes
3. Storage and Security
- Data is stored securely on Australian-based servers and is only accessible to authorised personnel.
- Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
- Personal information and assessment data are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with legal obligations. When no longer required, data will be securely deleted or de-identified in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
4. Sharing of Information
Personal information is not shared with third parties except:
- As required by law
- For payment processing (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), where providers must comply with privacy standards
5. Participant Rights

- Requests will be addressed promptly, generally within 30 days.

- This policy may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
- Continued use of SSM™ assessments or workshops constitutes acceptance of any updates.
